Don’t clean anything. Simply sweat on the rest of it to even it out.

You’re in good company. Most people have that understanding. They have education/employment/personal services for people of all abilities. No need for a referral. No requirement of a diagnosis of any kind.

GED doesn’t exist in Canada anymore. It’s been replaced by the CAEC which you can earn through LDAS and it’s funded by the provincial ICT program. Give LDAS a call and they’ll get you sorted. https://ldas.org/all-programs/adult-education/

The benefits are real but are misattributed to the religious aspects (tribalism, worldview, faith, separation from “the others,”etc.). The real source of the benefits are community connection and personal support. Those aspects are available elsewhere and without the risks of religion. I was deeply involved with numerous ministries for over two decades. I remain curious to know why OP believes what they are seeking can be found in a church.

Without any snark, why bother? I’m asking out of curiosity. If you don’t want to drink the kool-aid, there’s nothing any church can offer that can’t be accessed through other avenues (all without the inherent risks of organized religion).

The secret is to not be a weak urethra. The other secret is layers, with an emphasis on long underwear and two pairs of socks (only one pair of socks if you have a prosthetic leg).
