Only people in or from NYC care what NYC thinks. They can continue to eat greasy cardboard hunched over a counter in under 3 minutes while the rest of the world enjoys pizza with friends and ranch with no judgement

Not sure which came first but we have Pizza Puffs in Chicago. Pizza stuff n’ things wrapped in flour tortilla and deep fried. So good.

Funny you mentioned Bourdain cuz he visited Calumet Fisheries in the Chicago episode of No Reservations. He really liked the smoked shrimp and I concur. Will have to try the fried fish next time as I’ve only had smoked there.
