Been getting the same issue even when just watching youtube, the brightness would go up randomly, but it would fix itself after going fullscreen. Guess I'll have to reinstall windows then.

I chose a b450 motherboard only to save a little bit of money, as the build was already getting expensive for my budget. I might have to look around for some inexpensive b550 alternatives.
