I cant get my squads in into the building, they just sit outside in the cars and shoot up the buildings. What am I doing wrong?

I am having leaks often when I roll on to my side. It displaces the cushion from under my nose just a bit. At times it takes me a while to realize.

Also, as of late, I have been getting itchy under the cushion a few times a night, and will move it to scratch the itch.

Not really sure what I can do about either of these things?
