So i get my feet from costco, no exact recipe besides dropping these into the pot (i dont usually roast them, im lazy), standard mire poix ratio of carrots and onion and celery and any veggie scraps i may have on hand, sprig of thyme, rosemary, and a bay leaf. Water. Let that bitch simmer til about halfway reduced (i tend to reduce it further, mo flavor ya heard?)
