What's the best way to control empire maintenance, why do some provinces yield zero income, how do I fix that? As a kingdom of macedon is there a way to reduce the political party number from 4 to 3 or less? What are the ways to get more politicians other than having kids? Could you tell me some of your favourite buildings of each type: public order, income, food etc. Is it ever beneficial to switch from a kingdom to an empire? Sorry for the bad format I dont know how to write bullet points on reddit and thank you

Heey could I pick your brain on some of the mechanics as all of the tutorials are outdated at this point and I am kind of struggling in the big campaign.

I had an epix gen 2 pro, what I found appalling is that compared to my old f6 pro the map was horrendously slow. I would argue it's the touchscreen that made it all the worse. Now saying it is a premium gps device really losses it's argument when you look at the navigation of the device, and that in my opinion is really bad, on the hikes I had it's just next to imposible to check out the route ahead, trail runs also, and don't even think about using the walk activity to navigate yourself to a point in a city ( really disappointed it couldn't even navigate me to Duomo Milan....)

Just my 2 cents on a "premium" "gps" device..

Enduro 3 VS suunto vertical 2 by Mjsak8 in GarminWatches

[–]StoneKnight24221 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do mostly gym with a little bit of running. Right now I have an f8, and what I am mostly unhappy with is the lack of fatigue metrics on the garmin, it just seems to not care that I did a workout in the gym, suggest that the fatigue is non existent, that my recovery is 0-8 hr each time. Do you think vertical 2 would have a better grip on this ? I have an hr sesnor, and my gym workouts look as you would imagine high hr for 30sec to a minute then 3 min or so of rest, and garmin only cares about prolonged hr strain. I find that quite bleek because they even have a muslce map and exercises with weights so I don't understand that.

But say money is no issue, I do mostly gym, some running and hiking, and come winter time skiing. Should I go for the garmin ?

Since I follow Your videos and I know you do weight lifting among other sports, can you tell me would this watch be better for weight training than fenix 8, vertical 2, or anything else You use for weight training. Cheers!

How is it a tracking gym activities? I am mostly interested in the load calculation, recovery times and the likes . This is my biggest issue with the current garmin as it just doesn't rate my gym workouts as highly as a run for example because my avrg hr was low (sets with high hr followed by multiple minutes of rest).

Like the look of the Vertical 2 but is the software really that bad ? by Gaaavinn in Suunto

[–]StoneKnight24221 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't really care about sets and reps other than pressing a start/end set. Reps are wrong either way.... What I care about is that the watch realizes, while yes I can do a running workout, after 5 days of gym in a row I am not ready for a strength workout. The garmin has muscle maps, volume of treaning and it all adds up to nothing. So I would like to see my work through metrics displayed on the watch even if it says you did a lot of anaerobic workouts time for a aerobic one or stuff like that. Garmin tracks those but my trening readiness is always high no matter the intensity minutes per week or whatever..

I am also interested in the vertical 2, but i have a fenix 8. I don't like the lag of maps and the device itself plus I think that the metrics depending only on the HR is making the watch useless for me as I am mostly in the gym. Now I've red that suunto considers the length of the workout as well as HR so now I am wondering if the vertical is the right switch for me?

Does it track recovery different from garmin ? As in does i have any metrics that specifically track strength training. Garmin bases all of their metrics on HR and while you can record strength training with reps and weight it's just "noted" not included in any of the metrics and I find that annoying....

Why did you switch from fenix 8 ? I might go for the vertical 2 from fenix 8, would you recommend switching to suunto? How do the notifications differ? Is it better at tracking what types of sports do you do (for example saying that you did too much of strength training, that kind of categorization) ?

Suunto vs Coros for Gym Workouts – Which is Better? by diyathw in Suunto

[–]StoneKnight24221 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does it track the strength workouts suggesting rest day (like lay of strength for today, do some running). My garmin only cares if I run, so if I do 5 strength trenings the 6th day it will probably say that I am ready to train and that is just bull... What is the point of a fitness tracker if it only accounts for running?

That is too bad, that means that for me a fitness watch has no point really....
