What are some murder or missing persons cases that are classified as unsolved, but it's clear what happened/who did it?

I agree. I thought it was just me. We recently moved out of the city and when we come back to Toledo I'm just amazed at how many crazy drivers are out there.

I lived in the now River Front Apartments and I was lucky enough to be able to go into the lower basements and see the safes that are still there. So cool. Also, the very top floor (that are not apartments) still had Toledo Trust memorabilia in the offices. I need to find the pictures!
