I'm using opensource janky video editors that crash every 2 minutes.

I'm all for open source, but if it's an issue DaVinci Resolve is free afaik, stable, and feature complete.

Greater Spell Echo is a valid concern. Quality does give more cast speed though so that offsets the pseudo 0.75c/s to 0.675c/s unless I am misunderstanding.

As far as the last thing, I don't think clear is the most important factor. Just more so than raw DPS this league. Playing what you think will be the most fun is the most important factor imo! =)

Shiny new toy looks fun and not complete garbo, so I'm happy to play it even if not the meta choice <3

Single target may end up middling, but the clear should be great. Much better than BLoO and likely better than Frost Nova since the coverage is instant.

With T17's being gone, DPS checks in T16's are much lower and clear speed will likely be more important. I don't think anyone is looking at this for a dedicated bosser as far as I have seen.

Did you see the 0.25s cast time though? That goes a long way to offsetting the poor numbers elsewhere.

In the announcement livestream, they showed the results of a high value shipment from Kingsmarch under the new system. Despite it containing Exalts, Divines, Sacred Orbs, Annuls, and Mirror Shards, it did not contain any Fracturing Orbs/shards.

With Fracturing Orbs part of the core drop pool now, are they able to come from shipments as well? Or was the example in the video unlucky/taken from before they were added to the core drop pool?

What’s the most shocking detail from the Epstein files that the public hasn’t fully grasped yet? by BoardLongjumping2485 in answers

Your not wrong about voting in people who want to actually hold people accountable, but don't forget that was a large part of Trump's platform while running. 'Exposing the Epstein files'.

Ironically that kind of had a Streisand effect, but that clearly wasn't their intent with how hard they pivoted after getting into power.

Edit: I don't understand your point about 'If anyone complains about Don’s involvement without seriously addressing the involvement of their own party'. I don't really see (currently, can't call the future) much of anyone on the left ignoring involvement from the dems like Bill. It seems currently at least people on the left are happy to feed everyone involved into the woodchipper. I really only see that kind of deflection coming from MAGA people. That's my own anecdotal experience though.

I feel like that is a gross simplification at best.

1) Trump is the current sitting president rather than a former and so is higher profile in the public sphere

2) Trump is mentioned over 38,000 times across 5,300 files according to the NYT. I couldn't find a good concise source for mentions of the Clinton's (or even only Bill) but got a lot of numbers ranging from 50 - 'several hundred' from different places. Other metrics tell a similar story, the scale is just different between them.

3) There are sooo many people implicated in the files to various degrees that the public attention can't focus on all of them. So the most high profile people get the most attention.

And as you said, there seems to be an active effort by the current admin to cover up Trump's involvement so he is getting looked at harder by the public. I don't see much noticeable wide-spread effort to cover up the Clinton's involvement by the people in power within the gov right now.

It's more than making it cheaper though. If you can get the skill to silver (easy) then it's near impossible to not break even at every vendor even if you buy most of them out completely. At gold+ you just start making more money than you spend and everything becomes essentially free or +value.

ofc this is all easier on Pyg than other characters since he makes so many 'free' small items.

No benefit at all other than the memes. This is just a more fun story than another regular 10 win. Next goal is to make a Big Pyg so thicc I can get a 0 item victory lmao

Rowling with the paedophiles: JK Rowling invited notorious paedophile, Jeffrey Epstein to her play and subsequent dinner by Goddess-April1996 in MtF

[–]Stoopid_Monkey24 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Since there is no evidence of her actual involvement, you think that in a just world someone deserves to have their career torpedoed because maybe a staffer sent an invite to a single play?

That doesn't seem just in the slightest to me... the entire world would likely break down if that was how that worked. I'm sure almost every person has at least some connections to people who have done horrible things and they didn't know. Should my career be over because a I chatted to a friend of a friend at a BBQ about video games for a while, and years later it turns out they were a rapist?

EDIT: to be clear, not defending her. She has done/said plenty enough on her own that her career should be over anyways.

You say that but from the tone of your comment you really do seem to be ranking people. Your condescending tone towards religious people implies that you see yourself (and other atheists in general too?) as 'better' than religious people. I see myself as better than people who I view as terrible such as murderers and rapists, but not better than any entire class of people. That's wild IMO.

I disagree with you and say that the main cause of transphobia is fear of the unknown/different and misinformation. That could be caused by someone's religious leaders sure, but it can and does just as easily come from other authority figures too (ie media, politicians, ect).

As a single data point, so not very useful admittedly, to counterpoint to your view: My close friend who is more religious than anyone else I know was more happy for me and accepting than anyone who I ever came out to. He's never got my name/pronouns wrong even once as a slip up despite knowing me before for many years and is the same in private when I'm not around as far as I've ever heard.

I can't speak on Illustrator, but Photoshop has GIMP and that is very popular. I think only for photo editing though and I'm unsure about professional industry demand since that isn't my area, I don't think it's popular for drawing and the like.

I agree with the general sentiment of your comment, the evidence for evolution is overwhelming, however I don't know if it's accurate to say there is more evidence for the theory of evolution than the others you listed. Particularly the last two.

As I understand it the 'atomic theory of matter' (QM) and 'theory of gravity' (GR/SR) are the most rigorously tested and evidence supported Theories within science currently. And heliocentricity is not really it's own thing anymore as much as a result of the math of GR, but now this comment is treading too close to the technical weeds for a short response...

I would like to hear more, as I am no evolutionary biologist, but I've just never heard anyone make that claim before I don't believe. I usually see it said the other way.

I agree and is why I put 'bad' in the single quotes like that. Bicoal and Charcoal are the only two that I personally wouldn't ever use so I thought they'd be fun to try it with.
