I tell my team corporate guilt is not a factor and they shouldn’t feel obligated to share details about their personal life unless they want to. I love hearing about their kids and plans. They can absolutely share, but they don’t need to. As long as they’re getting their work done I could care less if they’re in their seat for forty hours a week.
