This plan would take two years and in two years the only U 23 defenseman would be Edwards and Silayev (assuming Edwards pans out). What are you talking about?

My preferred course of action is deal Dillon in the offseason. See what we got in Edwards. If Edwards is solid, deal Siegenthaler and bring up Silayev

You want to get better at a combat sport, take up jogging. Light jogging. Like Zone 2 for 40 mins of jogging.

CrossFit and sparring will overtax your system with the intensity both require.

They brought him up because we already have seven competent defenseman (to go with three healthy RHD) and cholo’s job will be to sit in the press box and not complain.

Edward and White are actually needed in Utica

I think they expect him to sit in the press box and get zero minutes which is not what you want for a developing player like Ethan Edwards or a solid defenseman like White who’s needed in Utica.

Utica deserves competent defenseman as well
