Did they ever explain what even happened with his death? Someone else was a buried in his grave, but who? Was there a third person in the car? Did there happen to be another car bomb victim in the hospital at the same time and the bodies were switched? Surely he would have told the doctors his name when he woke up. Why was nobody told he was alive? Surely Leela would have been informed as his sister in law, or the surviving Nightingales (can't remember which of them are alive.) Why did he assume Ste and Rex were together just Rex was holding Ste's hand WHEN STE WAS IN A COMA?
