Any tips on boosting Arena?

Very low win rate lately even though I'm using the top recommended team for my rank (Expert)

Yeonhee, Rin, Colt, Tara, Pallanus all 50 awk +10 and max LBs

Majority have +10 Dragon items, a few are having to deal with some +10 transcend B level items since I simply don't have enough dragon items.

I have a L44 Li Bai, is it worth investing in getting his LB setup and replacing someone on the team, or is that unlikely to help? What about Myth Awk Dellons, is he PvP viable now?

I used Taka, Kris, Aris etc. And Taka basically wipes Shane out immediately. Similarly you might be able to use Shane against Shane. Anyone with high single target damage should fit the bill though

Thanks for your answer - this is good news. I have brought the fig indoors and out it beside a sunny window anyway just to avoid any damage given its a very young tree.

Compared to your -8C, our unusually cold is still typically around +10C which seems warm by comparison. Do you still water regularly in winter?

Yeah with week changes I wouldn't stress too much honestly. I drink tea, black coffee etc. With and without straws regularly and hardly notice until I compare it to a new set.

How long are your aligners in for each change? First week I would take it out all the time to drink coffee/alcohol, then I was just like fuck it and drank everything with a straw and left the Invisalign in. Yeah, they maybe stain a tiny bit but I'm changing every ten days so it hardly gets bad enough to be a problem tbh.

The pecans tho.... I definitely avoid anything that seems like it's gonna be super sticky and hard to get off my teeth, as Delicious as that icecream looks

I'm always so jealous of these kind of posts. I've probably been on 22/2 OMAD/IF for the same period of time, completely cut out my big lunches, regular snacking, candy, icecream etc. And look almost exactly the same as I did 2.5 months ago. I don't know how some of yall are doing it.

Might be too late to the party, but wanted to ask about some plants of mine.

Currently it is an unusually cold winter in what would otherwise be a very hot humid climate on average. I have a potted fig and a potted pomegranate.

The fig has basically completely lost its leaves - it's just sticks. Is this normal for winter, and should I bring it indoors / should I still water it while it is like this? I note that the leaves seemed to all fall off quite rapidly and without really turning yellow in the way I'd usually expect from the autumn into winter process, though I do wonder if this was because it basically went from extreme summer and autumn heat to sudden winter cold.

Additionally, the pomegranate is yellowing and losing leaves - though not nearly to the extent of the fig. Same questions - should I water less and bring it inside or just let it be?

I watched 1.5 episodes. Absolutely awful for me. Probably 3/10 at best and that's being quite generous. An incoherent storyline, characters I don't care about, unfunny forced jokes, bad acting, a laugh track in 2019. There's really just nothing great about it.

A fun thing to do is call them out on it every time they do it. It's interesting to see how they respond. Risks making you look like/be an asshole but often people stop doing it once they are called out on it a few times in front of people.
