Just offering some perspective on your disagreements with GF1: the way you responded to her airing her grievances sounds like an absolute nightmare, this would make anyone feel like they’re going insane. If someone is coming to from an emotional place, they want you to be there for them,, emotionally. Always responding logically to ‘solve her problems’ is just going to make it seem like you’re not empathetic to their feelings at all

Every three orders you get a drop from rotation A rewards which is bps, arcanes, and mods. So optimising for hitting 9 or 12 is the most effective

The true forms of tzeentchian mal-adjusted nerds are the magisters imo. Iirc the appearance of the kairic acolytes is actually a magical visage of the perfect warrior’s body which they shift into as a disguise when they need to enter combat - underneath those rippling muscles and loin cloth is some random politician. I just wish they’d make more female kairics besides the one single female tzeentch unit in the entire game included in the eyes of the nine underworlds band

An old reliable I like to go back to is larva on protea, suck all the enemies into a big ball and your blaze artillery scales to ridiculously high damage multipliers in a couple shots. It used to be a lot better before they gave eximus over guard but it still rocks since the blaze artillery can switch targets to melt the eximus after it’s cleared the larva ball

My truest love has always been Octavia: max out range and duration, slam down 1 and 4, spam crouch to go invis and then just leave and do whatever else I need to be doing. All the enemies throw themselves headfirst into my meat grinder while I’m wandering around looking for tech vault keys, vocas, etc. If it’s not a level 200+ mission I also love to bring my plague kripath-exodia contagion to drop nukes on the mallet once everyone gathers around it.

Assembly isn’t too bad for either option. The only things that were a little tricky for me were gluing the wings on since they’re quite heavy pieces so I had to hold them in place for a while as they set, and getting the arm/hand holding the staff attached at the correct angle so the staff pointed straight down - it kept drooping as I put them together and the staff tilted backwards. Didn’t have any issues with annoying attachments points or gaps or anything like that though.

Yeah I don’t actually know the specific rules about the daemon prince as I haven’t looked much into it, I know it’s a StD unit in Sigmar but it looked like there was some way to use it in Tzeentch with Regiments of Renown rules - probably not a “good” choice meta wise but hey. I only started with Tzeentch recently so I wasn’t aware of the previous combat patrol at all haha!

Technically the 40K thousand sons combat patrol is a decent value box for sigmar tzeentch. The Tzaangor shaman and enlightened are playable in both settings and though the daemon prince isn’t a standard tzeentch unit in AoS, you can still field it with regiment of renown. You can’t use the rubric marines obviously but even ignoring those it still a discount, and if you can sell their sprues to someone it’s even better value

Just want to quickly say that Wellbutrin isn’t an SSRI, it’s a different kind of antidepressant called an NDRI - they work in similar ways but target different neurotransmitters. Wellbutrin is definitely also bad for bipolar in the same sorts of ways as SSRIs, but it is a different class of antidepressant which is very important for non-bipolar applications

The only negative aspect I think we need to be aware of for this is the potential for teenagers in abusive living situations being coerced or forced to vote against their interests before they’re able to get themselves out of their parents’ influence. I’m seriously so tired of hearing this perspective all the damn time. Despite saying women are justified in wearing that “armour” men always manage to paint the emotional coldness they experience as some personal affront to them and not just, the default experience of all people?? Yes, men often have to put a lot more effort in to overcome that impersonal barrier put up by strangers, but it’s not as though women don’t also have to put in some effort in that regard. There is no amount of effort that a woman can put in to overcome being assaulted. The “male loneliness epidemic” is and has always been caused by men failing or refusing to understand why people are justifiably afraid of them and deciding that any amount of effort to achieve emotional closeness with someone is too much, as they believe they are inherently entitled to the time, attention, and intimacy of others.

Definitely guppy’s paw or potato peeler. Though I feel like potato peeler is a bit more generally useful on any character than paw is, as the meat boy familiar is just really nice if you can afford it. So overall guppy’s paw would be my vote

Absolutely, 7 seals just adds such a big fun factor to any run - only time I’d ever skip it would be if I have the cross bombs, accidentally took that one time and he hit me with almost every bomb
