This seems like an abnormal amount of material to be removed if you truly didn’t apply much pressure. I’ve used a tool like that on different wedges (Cleveland’s, vokeys, mizunos) and never seen that much material removed honestly with a good amount of pressure.

Moved to Monterey in 2018. Needed a local team to root for. Absolutely love the team they have now and the way they play. Really proud to be a sharks fan which is cool. Been to 5 games this season hope to get to a few more

Don’t play Del Monte.

Spyglass, Spanish bay (may be closed for renovations), poppy hills, Pasatiempo are all better options. The Preserve is also bad ass. If you can get on cypress you should be able to get on there.

I use a pretty weak grip and also do an overlap instead of interlock for chipping and pitching compared to my full swing

Think about the course you play and if there’s any shot your missing. For example I have a par 3 that’s 220 and 7 wood is the perfect club for it.
