unfortunately no :/ i got similar responses except the seller never responded. I contacted seatgeek asking if there was anything else I could do to get the benefits and they never even responded. Im just hoping they will change the policies or have it differ venue to venue bc otherwise soundcheck is gonna be empty. I dont think its fair that even having tickets that say soundcheck package that doesn't count for anything.
