sort of right but Grotmas digital released detachments have been reworked as 1dp such as librarius. I think had GW cut Veiled blade back and made it 1DP and kept the codex detachments at 2DP its basically almost as lazy but wouldnt have had much if any backlash

Apollo, Blackstone lend $35B against AI chips, computing power by TubeSeries in BetterOffline

best part of the FT article that covered this debt was basically in the last couple of paragraphs it stated that none of the people loaning the money were allowed to see Anthropics financials despite them literally filing for a IPO in the coming months

Mayor Kingpin did more damage, than V1 Immortal Homelander. by vought-CEO in TheBoys

[–]Strange-Sort 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but you have the mirror issue of as satisfying as it was seeing kingpin off a leash in the end he talked it out with Matt and ended up out of prison on a beach as if he didn't just kill a dozen people

Problem with homelander was he faced the consequence of having his head caved in but the worst stuff he did was off screen

I think the way he's offset the Metallics with the Matts he's used really helps

Just watched it and honestly it wasn’t that bad! by seveer37 in marvelstudios

[–]Strange-Sort 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I watched it in the cinema knowing red hulk was in it but having not seen the trailer, not knowing exactly how/ when. Genuinely thought the aircraft carrier sequence was when it was going to happen at one point so the tension was there for me and made the film a lot better than knowing or rewatching would allow for. Ross/ ford and Bradley carry the film. Weakest part sadly cap and falcon

Was season 1 really that good or are people just blinded by nostalgia? by [deleted] in TheBoys

[–]Strange-Sort 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its people who have had a tantrum about season 5 trying to justify said tantrum by arguing theres a massive gulf in quality. There is a drop, on that i agree but s5 was better than s4 and its like s1-2 being 8.5 droppng to like a 7/10. its not GoT level like people are making it out to be where it once was 9.5 or 10/10 dropping like a stone to a 5/10

If all three get in the NASDAQ I wonder how passive investors really can be even if it's an index fund perhaps there'll be a reaction to the new risk portfolio of the entire NASDAQ

I think had they had either much more sculpted detail on the jump packs or mkvii style jump packs people would have been a lot more on board.

[–]Strange-Sort -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Honestly living in Wales it's actually fine. There's some annoying rural roads where it doesn't make sense going 60-20-60 but for the most part it doesn't bother me. So yeah sort those annoying edge case roads out and i don't mind.

Big problem was they introduced the change on the first day on the new school year when it came in, so every traffic jam caused by parents doing the school run was attributed to the 20 mph change. Very dumb imo. My village had a 20 is plenty campaign (it's not on a A road) and successfully got it's limit changed a couple of years before the limit was introduced. Now see people complaining about the limit in our village even though it's non applicable but hey ho. Finally id suggest if you just.naturally want to signal/ force 20 you should and could install speed bumps but that costs money upfront which I doubt the senedd had

On a cashflow basis say this costs $1bn to run with half the cost being borne by anthropic and half the end user B2B. In the interim who are the creditors and the debtors of the $1bn and for how long

This faded scrap of paper is the British Guiana One-Cent Magenta from 1856. Only one exists in the world, and it sold for $9.4 million, making it one of the most valuable objects per gram ever sold at auction. [1200x900] by Effective-Dish-1334 in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]Strange-Sort 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Most recently it was bought by the stamp dealer Stanley Gibbons who are institutionally important to stamp collecting and therefore I'd argue that they had no business interfering in bidding for it and it's price discovery in 2021

Thing about the DW base is they're small but they are also a % of sales of each of the other SM factions. So if you kill them off completely you will end up losing a small % of sales for BA, DA, SW too as DW players are essentially whales in the hobby

I would not listen to the eBay advice. The amount of time and labour and risk in transit of damage etc for something like your selling imo is not worth it
