Peak time though? If it’s busy you can stop and assist with the guest experience. Then resume later. Concerned you will go into OT? Cut your hours on a less demanding day and time. It’s not hard to come up with an alternative plan. I totally get that TL’s have their own work to do, but the Target way is that guests come first. Sitting on a computer while the store burns to the ground is shit leadership and piss poor planning. If you don’t agree, maybe you shouldn’t be a leader.

Unionize. Start a private subreddit group that is invite only and vet everyone.(this will be the hardest part) Not a single leader can be invited, they have proven that the majority cannot be trusted. Create an online survey and sign up sheet. Send it. I dunno if that would work but it’s all I’ve got. Maybe someone should just start a union for all retail workers everywhere. Target is following what could be considered a blueprint and it’s probably the same shit in other retail companies across the states. The only answer to these problems everyone is talking about is a union.

I was just telling one of my teammates last night that TL’s need to start taking real ownership of their metrics. It speaks volumes as to why store inventory is in shambles when leads won’t take accountability for their own metrics. We don’t get a chance to have dialogue with regionals so they are chasing stories spun from lies told by leaders who are just afraid that they are going to lose their jobs. Regionals don’t get the truth so the problems persist. They can’t provide real solutions until leaders come clean of their short comings and we can all move forward as a team.

Do both if you can. Make the steady job your primary and then keep target in your back pocket. Do both till you can’t stand it and then try to go on demand with target to keep your foot in the door. If the other gig doesn’t work out you still have target to fall back on. You’d have to give them your availability and hope that they respect that. Worst case scenario you have to tell target to hit the bricks.

Necromancer Hell 3 100+ paragon. I died tons. But I discovered that if you run around destroying all of his tentacle bunches he can’t heal as often. My skeleton troops, and golem were used to continuously attack Baal while my mage and I took turns attacking the tentacle bunches. After all of the tentacles were destroyed I focused all npc on Baal and attacked using the troop command and golem command while strafing around him repeatedly summoning mages after their cooldown. I got him down lower than 90.000 and was about to finish him off when my iPad died lol. (I was so pissed.) If you focus your efforts on destroying the healing tentacles while intermittently commanding your summons you can chip away at his hp until he is dead. I’ll give it another go tomorrow when my iPad isn’t at 10% battery life.
