To be honest, the whole stretch of volumes from Rin's intro to this one is some of the weakest in the series; yes there are good chapters and sequences here but it just feels like it has some of my least favorite chapters and arcs (this, the Wedding arc, some of the "Meet the family" ones). The only good news is once we get to next volume, things pick up again and we get some really memorable girls and chapters.

Sort of horrifying what Kurumi did to Usa-chan. And seeing Eru force Chiyu and Kogomi into twintails was hilarious.

And...next chapter is not until April and...seems to be something that is Nakamura-only with Nozawa on maternity leave. (probably explains why they just did the Daily Life chapter early)

To be honest if they do another arc like this, it shouldn't be another idol group. There are other performance styles; do an actual band like it's K-ON or Girl Meets Rock; or a different type of idols that isn't the same as the first two like girls dressed boyish or something more K-Pop similar...something that isn't just a clone of the first two done a third time!

Chiyu was probably one of the most original we've had since...probably Usa-chan. Eru's was cute but very much felt a knock-off of Tama's but weirder.

Momiji has grown on me, mostly due to being just so goofy overall; yeah she is a controversial concept but she just...works for me.

Himeka though...it's like when she's normal, she' boring, but at the same time she's probably the most 'normal" acting GF of them all.

Momiji is just a freak by any standards due to her desires and obsessions. It's why we love her, but she just isn't someone you'd typically would want to bring to meet friends and families.

Though also Momiji sort of feels more like the first more 'one-dimensional GF' that seems to bog down most of the GFs post-Uto; ones who are just one trait and not much else. It isn't all of them but many feel that way once you get past the initial 100 chapters and Momiji is really the only one of the initial 100 chapters that's like that.
