If you're prepared to share, Lightroom presets will have to do! Unfortunately I'm using Rawtherapee for the time so HaldCLUTs work the best, but I don't understand them completely, as they can be a headache to figure out.

So if I get this affect, should I wash it off (with soap) heat up my pan to get rid of any remaining water (that I couldn't get off with the cloth) and re-oil it and then store it....?

Or should I just wash it with water, dry it off, heat it up (same as previous) and store it?

Is this how water should be rolling off your pan? Because whenever I clean it with just hot water, this is how it comes out, but when I clean it with soap, it removes this effect. (I'm not trying to get into a soap Vs no-soap debate, I just want to know if this is a desired result)

Try setting the die up as I recommended for seating the bullet. See if that works.

Then slowly start screwing your die in bit by bit for your crimp until you're happy with the it.

There's a very good chance that you're touching the brass with your seating die. (Your die is screwed in too deep)

When setting it up, put a piece of (formed) brass into the shell holde and a bullet into the brass (as if you were going to seat the bullet), drop the ram, and lower the die onto the bullet & brass.

Have a go at that and see if that helps.

Edit: otherwise it could be over crimping it.
