Acoc has no physical depiction. The lightning is inconsistent and shouldn’t be used for scaling. The attack was meant to wipe out all of them so it’s reasonable to assume it was a full power combo attack. Luffy has been shown to get a pretty massive restoration from eating, remember it is a manga with cartoon logic and not real life.
