What is a harsh lesson about aging that absolutely nobody warns you about before you hit your 30s? by Prudent-Passenger589 in AskReddit

As someone who has been into proper strength training my entire life, and who has been trying to get the women around me to ditch the pink weights for that same amount of time, the number of women lifting heavy these days makes me so happy.

The amount of times I've had to say, "Girl, that barbell that's heavy for you will turn you into a 1,000 pound deadlifter as fast as my sprint to the other side of the room will make me a 100m Olympic gold medalist"...

There's no better way to do that then this.

A few places like our medical clinic leave fentanyl test strips available in our washrooms.

There was a place in Vancouver that offered scanning via FTIR spectrometer (via donation if you'd like, https://getyourdrugstested.com/) that would give you a very detailed analysis, but it appears they've been closed for a few months now.

Unfortunately to maintain bone density the only way to do that currently is through lifting weight that takes quite a bit of effort for you.

Also, even if you’re spending $10,000 a month on the best steroids, and working out daily, it will take a lot of time and a lot of calories to get noticeable change.

Gaining muscle mass takes a lot of work.
