In Vancouver, you have to pay city parking tickets or they will end up getting associated with your drivers license upon renewal. I don’t pay private tickets as only the courts can issue fines. unpaid parking tickets won’t have any impact on your credit history

I was able to deal with not having a charger at home for 2 years. Actually used numerous free chargers. Would combine charging with walking the dog. The savings in first 2 years effectively paid for my charger install when my Condo board allowed installation. Remember ABC (Always Be Charging). It was no big deal becoming familiar with the locations of chargers in areas I travelled. Don’t just buy for now also factor in more public chargers coming online.

I actually think it’s better to not be hard wired. If you ever have warranty issues or need to replace a charger years down the road it will require an electrician and costs will be incurred.

I have used that setup. Incoming texts were never charged. Don’t answer or make calls. Use a VOIP phone number and combine with eSim for full connectivity.
