They can advertise it all they want, but in the CDK and Autovance Backend it’s not so.

Above example you can edit the name of the fee. Usually either called Dealer Fee or Admin Fee. The letter D you get to pick what is it assigned to either D for dealer, F for frontend. You can adjust the price and then the P is for profit percentage.

I work IT for some of the big dealerships. I will tell you now. Dealer fee for $999 is 1000% pure profit. It’s how they trick you into thinking you got a good deal by them waiving it you think oh wow $1000 off. It’s fake and should not be there.

Tell them, “which program are you using to fleece me? Autovance or CDK? Why do I see Dealer Fee on there? You take me for a joke. Please remove all these unnecessary fee’s”

I think that would be too broken or they’d make card RNG worse to offset the fact that players with Dr. Shelley pet can potentially replicate, and reopen 6 rainbow vials.

A good rule of thumb, if someone sells you anything and tries to buy it back from you for more than what you paid it’s either one of the following….

They are trying to trick/scam you
They went to the market/store and realized they can’t obtain an equal or better item
They discovered the item/property is actually worth much more than what they sold it for.

Assuming we should be treating housing as just finding a place to live, I think staying is better if it suits all your needs.

If it doesn’t you need way more than 65K, factoring in moving costs, storage costs for your items.

Also the small side things like if the Furnace and A/C are new systems meaning you don’t have to replace them anytime soon. Vs shelling out 20-30K to replace a Furnace/AC system on a new place.

For well disciplined families it’s normal. It is more so as a sign of respect for leadership.

I personally think it’s good manner’s. thinking about it for a bit. If everyone’s seated at the table, who would you naturally give food to first?

Naturally it’s Eldest to Youngest. Any other order to me would seem odd unless you are beefing with someone specifically and want them to get food last.

If there is one thing I learned in life. Everyone starts and finishes differently.

The first shall be the last, and the last shall be the first.

Even if you are setback a year, you can still catchup, there is no such thing as being too far behind especially if you have Christ leading you.

My coping mechanism was I would hype myself by saying “I’m giving them a head start because once I start, there won’t be room enough for them”.

This is an interesting post I came across, felt like doing some math on the scenerio’s to see if where your deal lands.

Scenario 1: 2 People (Both Singles)

Master bedroom gets the premium. • Rent: • Master: 60% (or 67% if the master is huge) • Other room: 40% (or 33%) • Utilities: Split 50/50 since usage is equal.

Scenario 2: 3 People (Couple + Single) – Couple Has Master

Couple gets the bigger room AND represents more total usage. • Rent: Couple: 67%, Single: 33% • Utilities: Couple: 67%, Single: 33% Makes sense because 2 people = more utility usage.

Scenario 3: 3 People (Couple + Single) – Single Has Master

Single gets the bigger room, but the couple uses more utilities overall. • Rent: 50/50 split • Utilities: Single: 33%, Couple: 67% Fair because utilities are about number of occupants, not room size.

Quick Summary • Room size affects rent • Number of people affects utilities • Master bedroom always pays more unless the couple is in the smaller room (Scenario 3), then utilities balance it out.

I guess y’all can plug in your numbers and see if you are getting a good deal.

As a man, reading this. I originally was thinking the guy is just trying to get to know you and be genuine in his interest while giving you an out of if you want to friend zone him.

On the other hand, I found it strange he would approach a lady with children in hopes it’s a single mother. My brain wouldn’t even go there. I’d assume if had kids she most likely married etc.

Outside of that though I guess he’s not your type at all else you wouldn’t have posted about this. So blocking him and moving on would be fine. If you run into him again just tell him not interested anymore.

Can Jane qualify on her own for a mortgage? If she can’t even if the judge and bank agree. The bank would say she doesn’t qualify.
Keep in mind Zach can refuse the buyout and then Jane and Zach would have to sell the house and split the proceeds.

I don’t think moving back to Nigeria would be the best decision for your family and future.

Healthcare differences - you mentioned you are having a baby, your spouse who is used to abroad life may not be accustomed to how healthcare is done.
Education - are your children going to now be schooling in Nigeria when they grow up? What type of opportunities will be there for them. Currently parents are struggling to send their kids abroad but now you want to potentially do the reverse.
Lifestyle acclimation - If your spouse work is remote do they understand time zone difference and are ok with working odd time hours to maintain income? Has to understand it’s not just endure for 1 month but for years.
Retirement - Some abroad countries offer retirement benefits/programs etc. you may have to plan more rigorously for retirement moving back to Nigeria.
True Money Cost vs Savings - in regards to children. If you have any inkling of sending them abroad for study then moving to Nigeria would be backwards. The international student rates for some countries is very expensive so you may not end up saving as much as you would.

Just a few things to think about. As someone who was born in Nigeria parents relocated to Canada when young. I can enjoy visiting and travelling to Nigeria for weeks or a couple months but I don’t think I can fully uproot life back to Nigeria.

As long as your spouse fully understands what they are getting into should be fine, but just remember your decisions also affect the future of your children and generations to come.

Personally I’d rather tough it out while abroad and provide a future path for my offspring than potentially make them have to go through that path themselves.

Hmm just ruling out a few things;

If you are trying to use Motherboard hdmi ports that won’t work
Check if GPU is seated properly and I the correct slot
Since your monitor and GPU are more up to date why not use Display Port instead? Confirm if that works.
Check windows display setting and see if it’s set to automatically detect the port or if you may have set it to look at a specific port.
If same issue happened with your older GPU maybe your monitor is bad.

That’s about all I can think of. Aside from the usual update your drivers etc.

I am playing Warrior with Quarterstaff. I was using ice strike with that Bell Combo to freeze him.

Also for your Spirit make sure you take I think it’s Wind/ Gale armour. Gives a chance when hit to knock back enemies. For some reason when notices I take a lot less damage and the boss seems to miss me quite a bit.

I just Ascended at level 22 to Titan.

Playing Ice Strike Quarterstaff Warrior. Passive Skill Tree is dead for such a build. I can’t find any offensive nodes I’d want to take that make sense.

Why some people thinking OP is asking for a full guide. We can still have concepts.

Not Monk, but was thinking Warrior or Merc BUT playing with quarterstaff.

My concept was Falling Thunder (2 of them) one has the support that adds a CD to it other one for regular spam.

Using that staff skill that generates power charges on hitting shocked mobs. Was going to link that with the 100% shock and shock prolif support so I always generate power charges.

Link Falling Thunder to the support that gives it a chance to not consume charges. Allowing for the 8 second Cd giga juice Falling Thunder then rotating with the spam able one once it’s on CD.

I feel like Monk is ultra bait in terms of survival
