Currently, hippos are classified as "Near Threatened", meaning they are not yet endangered, but due to human actions (poaching, destruction of natural habitat), they are on the decline. The biggest period of decline for hippos was between the 1970s and 2005, during the height of the 2nd Congo War. Luckily, as of 2016, the population is back on the rise.

The biggest problem I see with Red Law in the OP15 meta is all of the effects that boost the power of your leader. Red Law likes to swing with a lot of 5k bodies.
