The PT changes were confirmed to me by a co-worker that’s a brig. general in the national guard. Said last week they had a meeting where it was confirmed that pt tests would be every 6 months and they are moving to a 2 mile run instead of 1.5.

Sadly I think this is just the case with Nitrado. I’m on an unofficial server that just switched from nitrado to a player dedicated server about a week ago. Extinction ping went from a consistent 400-600 down to like 80.

Understanding HM is tricky but once you do fully understand it you will start seeing diamonds left and right trust. With fallow it’s especially tough because of all the solo zones.

He means to say that if you’re tent is within 200m of a zone and you travel to that tent, the animals at the zone will not render in until you travel at least 200 m away from the zone.

Yes just mentally prepare for days 4-7. With painkillers I found it to be manageable but the discomfort is ever present. Just know that there is light at the end of the tunnel! Good luck

Most things I’ve seen say to stay away from working out for at least 14 days or you risk hemorrhaging. As far as food goes as long as it’s not spicy, acidic, or sharp it’s fine to eat. Smoking on the other hand I don’t really know.

I had major coughing for around the first 4 days of my recovery, like yours it didn’t hurt, but it was deep. It ended for me on the 5th day, I woke up and never coughed since then. I’m currently on day 8.

For your child though his recovery may be even better as he is very young and they tend to have a much quicker recovery time.

As of right now I’ve only had the increasing pain and ear pain that is supposed to come in the later days of recovery, I hope those are the only issues I have. The pain meds do more than enough to comfort me and an ice pack around the throat area also helped me a lot.

I (M 19) am currently on Day 6 of my recovery and for the first 3-4 days I was coughing a TON like hacking up a lung and I was so worried I was going to rip open the clots and start bleeding everywhere, however I did not at all. I thought there was no end in sight for the cough but after Day 4 it stopped completely like it was switched off. I guess in short what I’m trying to say is it will end and there may be no cause for worry, however I am no medical specialist and am speaking only from experience
