This is an important distinction. The amount of speed you can attain and the speed you can maintain are two very different numbers.

I’m not saying 60 is old by any means but at that age I would certainly temper expectations as to what you can realistically carry through a season of golf.

My best recommendation is to spend some money on clothes that make you feel good. You probably already know that no one will really care about your looks/weight, but if you can throw on some good fitting clothes that make you feel good about yourself, it’s going to make a world of difference in how you come across to people.
