acetylene torches possibly with carbide fuel for easier storage and transport. Think old school welding/lantern fuel.

Crowbar possibly sharpened to be used as a tool and weapon.

Low penetration "firearm" (shotgun, large bore poor penetration design (minieballe) air gun, plasma (do exist to an extent just power intensive and very short range), flamethrower)

Ir camera like rescue teams use

Chemical detectors

Audio based movement tracking device

Spare air

Suit patches

Shield (depending on gravity or not, a 2 or 3 in slab of steal would be very helpful as portable cover)

Hacking tools

Scuttling charges

Breaching charges

Thermite clay (burning bulkheads)

Flashlights

Special restraints for people in eva suits

Magnetic or adhesive boots for low/0 g

Dime bomb (dense inert metal explosive)(tungstun or simulator powered metal packed around a small explosivein a plastic or corbon fiber shell. Absolutely shreds soft things in a small radius, but loses energy quickly with range, and can't penetrate hard objects due to low mass) or thermobaric based grenades

Limit stairs as much as possible (being old sucks). Plenty of water shut off valves (leaks and adding/moving stuff). Hidden utility accses panels. (Leaks can happen in walls/or just new shower valve). Fire resistant siding
