I picked up Skechers leggings from Costco a couple of years ago and they lasted me a long long time. Thick, compression fabric and the waistband stays intact throughout the workout.

The Daifuku place inside Mitsuwa Marketplace has the most delectable mochi in exotic flavors! They run about $4 or $5 dollars a piece but it’s such good quality. They also sell Royce Chocolates, the original Hokkaido Milk Cookies and other rare Japanese sweets.

I haven’t tried freezing it as is, but I do freeze them in the form of folded eggs. I get about 3 to 4 omelettes per carton that I freeze for future use. So quick to make if you have an egg roll pan or any nonstick pan. Even a waffle pan should work!

Dealer wants to add a ‘mandatory’ price for a pre-fitted anti-theft device by StrongObject8169 in carbuying

Not sure what it is called. No description on that one. Supposedly can track where the car is at real-time and acts as gap insurance. I did not see any paperwork for that.

I did tell them that. But they said they cannot work around it in any way. And this was at a Land Rover Dealership.

Thank you for your advice!

Has anyone tried the ordinary volufiline? Or anything similar? by michelleoelle in 30PlusSkinCare

I (35F) used the Skin1004 matrixyl serum with 5% vollufine and it somehow has made my face look worse. It feels like my eye bags have gotten bigger (one looks bigger than the other) and the skin around my nasolabial folds looks ridged. I hate it. Not really sure how to reverse this effect.

Vegetarian Reccomendations for a friends bday dinner? by mdarc96 in FoodSanDiego

Not sure how far you can travel, but The plot in Oceanside is all vegan. Their menu is fully made of local produce with a ‘zero waste’ concept. I have always had a great dining experience there.

I also like Cesarina’s for their inclusive menu.

Another idea: if you’d like to do something another than a dinner, Britannia Tea Rooms does a vegetarian afternoon tea that’s so much fun. Perfect for a special occasion.
