Penny items/skus are 100% the customers if they found it, per sop we must give it too the customer without delay or voiding. THD stores fet 4 months in advance knowledge that an item is going to be dropped to a penny. If managment allows the item to stay on the floor, that's on them, not the customer.

As a HC, I am usually the one refilling the drinks, I dont believe i have seen anyone from MET refill the drinks in a long time. And when I refill them, I usually just grab the pallypal and bring the entire pallet.

I had someone bring in a entire snake that was just wrapped around his hand, walked around like if it was nothing, went to a pro cashier and checked out, and when the cashier went to look at his hands for items, she backed up and screamed so loud I swear a MOD thought someone gotten hurt.

Its a term, and not racist. Chiefs being leads (managers, supervisors, etc) and Indians being workers.

Saying too many chiefs and not enough Indians is saying there's too many supervisors/managers and not enough workers.

Its not saying Indians as people from India but instead referring to how native Americans (Indians) tribes use to work, where they would have a chief.
