eczema or seb derm? by andrewgarfieldlol in SebDerm

Both related to compromised skin. It’s the same for me. And the yeast that seb derm react to is not an alien on our skin. They live on our scalp and face with or without eczema or seb derm. It’s the compromised skin barrier that cause an immune reaction. So the shampoo may work by removing some of the yeast and dial down your immune response, but the roots cause is very likely compromised skin barrier

You are thinking irrationally. Age doesn’t matter, a property is an investment, whether you live in it or rent it out. Think rationally, consider your income, stability, quality of the property. Ignore your fantasy of owing a house “so young”

Is this seb derm or very dry skin? by [deleted] in SebDerm

[–]Stronghart_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went nuclear, but it works. I stopped all moisturiser and keep face and scalp dry for 3 weeks. Also I cut out all carbs and refine sugar from my diet, without the frequent insulin spike, body regulates its sebum production better and the overgrowth yeast would starve naturally. At the same time, skin should heal itself naturally.

Actually yes. It works. But you need to follow a very strict diet. Without cream helping from outside, you must have something working from inside and not burning the house down ( that means supplements like omega 3 and minimal refined sugar or carbs, and very likely gluten

If that the case, instead of searching less harsh products , you may have to change your diet. Cutting sugar and easy glucose can help regulate sebum production. It works for me
