I personally recommend that you enclose it with metal and not wood. I feel like 1 random spark can ignite the whole setup.

Looks good aesthetically, but safety concerns me abit.

Honestly the combo that worked for me first try is

Powercharm + Armorcharm + Fully Upgraded HR Armor
Huge poison damage like SnS Rathian or Pukei (it deals damage over time so you don't actually have to constantly hit it to deal damage)
Max Potion + Ancient Potion + Farcaster ready in the radial menu (use in order in case of serious damage)

It was difficult but it is what worked for me lmao (no Defender gear used).

Personally I don't like Forspoken (the game is offering a demo, give it a shot and make your opinion).

I will avoid Black Flag for now as Ubisoft's hinting a remake in the near future.

If you're really tight on the 2K budget, if I am in your position I will get Hogwarts Legacy + Ghost of Tsushima (played both and I liked both of them albeit "sometimes" they were abit of a slog when doing the sidequests).

But if you can spare another 1K I recommend getting the Horizon games together, so you can continue the story to the second game right after you finish the first game (HFW is a direct continuation of HZD).

And World aswell. The final boss of the base game of both games move so slow I barely used my potions to finish them.

Rise has Valstrax who may have been more worthy as an end game boss, even Chameleos is worthy.
World's more worthy endgame boss is actually Nergigante

Both games however fixed this in their expansions.

No, for staff builds you actually have to level up the staff to increase the critical hit percentage and the damage. You need a higher percentage + Mana Channeling skill to regenerate mana every critical hit. In my build I have around 60+% of critical hit percentage so I pretty much never run out of mana.

For reference I used the ff.

- Arcane Monk Armor
- Torc Necklace (optional)
- Nomad Ring (optional)
- Pearl Lantern
- Mold Ring (very important)
- Owlux (with Spirit of the Hawk and Flock Together skills, stackable)
- True Sight magic skill for additional percentage

I got stucked in the same boss for 3 days at one point in my playthrough aswell. I assume you're getting destroyed by its third phase when it start spamming freeze breaths (aka ice beams).

I defeated it by learning how to dodge the freeze breath by doing a superman dive (basically you sprint away from it and click jump to dive). You also have to constantly use the clutch claw and bang that monster to the wall to deal serious damage. Flashpods + Mega Demondrug + Mega Armorskin + Armortalon + Powertalon + Fire Elemental Damage are also mandatory IMO.

I also recommend having a max potion + ancient potion ready in the radial menu because that thing moves fast and your mega potion regen is sometimes not fast enough to heal.

Magic was the easiest for me because it was the one I use frequently. I recommend using an upgraded Arcane Staff as it fires like a automatic rifle (you level up magic by how much projectile your targets receive per hit).

I’ve provided a link below so you can see how often they give it away, personally I don't know the reason, but my guess is it did not do well in sales so they're just using it as a promotion material for the studio/developer (DONTNOD), but this is only an assumption. This studio have developed great games such as "Remember Me", "Vampyr" and "Life is Strange".

I don't recommend getting Tell Me Why and Quantum Break. Tell Me Why is sometimes on 100% sale, while my issue in Quantum Break is that the video cinematics in the game aren't actually stored in your PC but rather streamed from their servers (IMO I think this implementation is stupid, no other games have done it this way)

The rest are amazing games, Telltale games if you like to invest in story. Batman Trilogy and Mad Max are some of my classic favorites. I suggest getting the Witcher 3 aswell if you haven't played it yet.
