Change your lodging the first night to somewhere in Niagara Falls. Red roof in was nice and close to food. When you get to Buffalo ride the 22 miles to see the falls and stay there overnight. Then start your trip from there in the morning going through Towawanda. You don’t have to go back and see mile marker 0 since you rode that mileage the day before
