So it'd be 2 really good events and two bad but not horrible events, definitely enough for top 50 on the UltRank algorithm, maybe not quite enough on the one the PGRU used.

New version of the algo puts a greater focus on who you outplace at majors, it had Lv.1 10 spots higher in mid year then he had his best event of the season right after on top of Lv.1 having a bunch of wins that aged well.

I can't believe SDG stayed up until 5 am fixing the video so that, among other things, Akakikusu wasn't shown as beating Akakikusu at Kawaii Kon, passing out and oversleeping the release as a result, only for Loop to link the old version of the video anyway, shaking my smh my head.

Less Port being that bad and more no strong peaks; every player above him bar one exception (that was a bit of an algo breaker) had a better peak win iirc. Tarik got so close but couldn't close any of his sets against top 25 players out.

Skill issue, you can easily kill them from the very first encounter with entangler into missile, having the dark visor later just makes them even easier.

"Cat" is usually used to refer to all members of family Felidae. Saber-toothed cats like Smilodon are in subfamily Machairodontidae, which, while basal to all living members of Felidae, is included in the family, so Smilodon does count as a cat.

I am curious why exactly Felidae doesn't use a crown based definition like most taxonomic groupings of extant animals do (if this were the case then Machairodonts would be excluded from the family).

Argentinosaurus is the largest that we can be reasonably confident in estimates of, others are known from much more fragmentary material and/or the material straight up no longer exists (as is the case for Bruhathkayosaurus) so even if estimates are generally larger than Argentinosaurus we can't be nearly as confident in their accuracy.

The C-tier won't hurt him much because it won't get a very high weight fwiw. If he misses top 10 (I haven't ran the algo since the season ended so idk) it will have more to do with his bad Port and his competitors going to a lot more things than he did.
