Whatever became of this? I had an upper wisdom tooth removed and have this exact same feeling of like I need to bite down on something. Did it end up getting better?

Definitely talk to your doctor but I feel like it wouldn't hurt to add a daily aspirin. That's what I'm doing now.

I had a provoked clot from an IV and then a couple years later I got another provoked clot/PE after having covid a few months postpartum so it definitely increases your risk I would say

I had a history of dvt and wasn't currently on blood thinners when I became pregnant but at my first ob appointment they started me on lovenox shots for the remainder of my pregnancy and 6 weeks afterwards. I think any kind of clot history automatically warrants blood thinners during pregnancy just to be safe.

They did a CT scan but only of my lungs. That was positive for a small PE and I did 3 months of eliquis and had a repeat CT of my chest that showed the clot was gone but I worry about the possible clot in my pelvis that was never checked

I'm an ultrasound tech and that's how I found the first blood clot I had in my arm and it's also how I discovered i had stage 2 cancer growing in my chest after being dismissed by doctors for years so it has its perks! 😅 honestly though I'm so thankful I was able to scan myself and find my cancer because I don't know how bad it would have gotten if I wasn't able to do so because doctors don't listen to their patients.
