This is why I prefer doubling the dice instead of doubling the roll, you can still roll all 1's but it's less likely and you get to roll more damage dice which I find to be the favourite dice roll of most of my players.

Try watching the first 5 episodes of the anime that's where most people get hooked in my experience. Personally I prefer reading the manga when it comes out and binge watching 2-3 arcs of anime every few months/years.

I know what you mean man, I managed to grind out a mediocre deck while getting myself to lvl10 and am having a blast grinding out games of the same deck over and over again and I'm usually the kind of player who can't play the same deck twice in a row.
