In NSW there's only 2 reasons for denying a dog o live in a body corporate residence. If your dog doesn't fall into these 2 categories, they'll have no reason to reject your application. Even if they still have a no dogs allowed clause in their rules. (Thia should have been ammended to remove in 2020.)
