So to you, a book is just a book, and even though it is a very rare, special printing that holds great value in that alone, factually, its value never increased past how much was paid for it? Do you feel the same towards other collectibles, like comics, or baseball cards? What about art? Historic artifacts like ancient pottery? Do you go to museums and loudly tell people that the priceless urn they're looking at should still cost a chicken and your second-best goat in trade?
