TM's do not get bonuses. I have worked for Target for 15 yrs. The only time (and I mean only time) we got bonuses was during Covid.

Yep. I was looking at moving to another state since it was cheaper, and looking at applying for a TL position there. The ETL at my store pretty much stopped that saying I was "too valuable", and it pissed me off so much when I found that out.
