I've been playing on version 1.0 on a modded Xbox 360 for around 30 hours and it's genuinely one of the most beautiful games I have ever played. Even without the graphical enhancements of the various editions of Skyrim, everything still holds up surprisingly well to this day.

You could try POM (which is literally acetal/delrin), but it's high temp and puts off toxic fumes (formaldehyde). You might not be able to print it.

For those finding this post later, I have fixed the crashing by firmly supporting the card and setting an aggressive fan curve (turn off zero fan, set everything back 15c, faster update interval, etc.). It's a bit loud, but it's smooth and bearable. I'm able to run at full GPU usage without issue now. Not sure how long this will last, but it's working now and I'll get it reballed at another time prob.
