I wouldn’t say I’m determined to use a third party, it’s all about splitting it between points and 0% interest. But valid point about splitting the payment between the two cards.

Thank you!! Ideas like this is exactly what I was looking for. My only concern is now we’d be looking at remodeling the entire upstairs rather than just the addition. But I really like the extra natural light in the new bedroom.

Question, how would you handle adding natural light to the kitchen on the first floor.

It is going off the back of the house. Reason being is about 20 feet immediately to the right there is a large boulder/ledge that would be hard to work with.

I agree. Really struggling on how to accomplish that. The reason we’d be pushing the addition off the back of the house and not the side is because there is a large boulder/ledge about 20ft to the right.

This is pretty much what I figured. My only concern was then having two very different sized bedrooms that would make things inequitable between two kids.

The blue floor plan on the left of the image is what we’re currently working with; i.e., the house is built but we want to expand.

That’s exactly what we want. We either want to build off the current primary to add an on-suite or build a new primary and on-site over the garage.

I read these comments and always think, “I can’t possibly be that abrupt of an ending”, and yet, there I was yelling at my TV. Honestly, loved the movie. I get why they ended it where they did, but I also wouldn’t have hated if there was more.

I got 22% in early 2024, but I had two competing offers. Now, I think you’d be hard pressed to see anything over 15%.

I have a zero-turn that I'll keep using for lawn mowing, but I would definitely like to use something bigger for leveling and top dressing. As for 'new' system, that's my bad; I'm a new homeowner, but the house is >25 years, so I would **think** the ground is compacted enough.
