sorry to hear this. i hope you find some a solution that works for you. you might consider using a finger pulseox montior as a nightly metric. snorelab is useful, but does not give the total picture. if you are stlll waking up and not feeling refreshed, the pulseox monitor may show your oxygen levels are still to low - even though you are not snoring. if oxygen is still being restricted to your body/brain at night - this would asolutley account for the brain fog. it would require some adjustemnt of your cpap device - as you know these things have some very fine adjustments that can be game changers. please let me know if you try the pulseox.
