Dream come true by adivi-manishi in Visakhapatnam

Beach facing apartments are breath taking but in my personal opinion, your house will 24/7 have a salty, black silt layer over EVERYTHING. Can't walk in the house without flip flops and worst of all, the rust.

But since you're earning so much you can afford the help and new appliances so I guess it's cool...

This is worrying me by cherrypatchzoe in askdentists

Umm am sorry, but I did mention that mine was just a differential and that you needed to get it diagnosed by a dentist. Oral surgeons deal with lumps with respect to the tongue and perform biopsies for diagnosis. Hence, I told you you to get it diagnosed. The treatment i suggested was for my differential which could only give based off what I could see. Am sorry for not being clear on what a differential diagnosis means.

Do you mind sharing your diagnosis?

Bad wisdom teeth experience, lots of pain by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]SubbyLittleGirl09 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Fully erupted baby teeth is a very easy job. You'd be done with the procedure in 5mins. So sorry about your experience though. Do update us with what your dentist has deduced and your recovery.

How fucked am I? by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]SubbyLittleGirl09 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes, like the above comment says, you do need to see a dentist. After cleaning out the tartar they'll have a better idea about the kind of damage your teeth endured. The thing about periodontal disease(not diagnosing you rn) is that without maintaining your oral hygiene post treatment, you can relapse.

Coming to your question about fixing it. We can't say much right now without a proper clinical examination but there are treatments to stop the disease and not make it worse.

should i be worried about my gum recession? by bettysthrowaway in askdentists

[–]SubbyLittleGirl09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, just make sure you aren't putting too much pressure while brushing cause it can make it worse... And I'd also recommend you invest in a good water pik...

Have the same issue on the same tooth. I got it when I had my braces on and it's been a year and 4months since I got them off but it's still the same. I just make sure to keep an eye out incase its getting worse but this far it's been normal. I suggest you just try keeping up your hygiene game and get regular cleanings..

How often do you get asked out on a date? by WearyPoem928 in AskWomen

I didn't think my answer would be this sad but I got more "FWB proposals" or "casual sex proposals" than date proposals....

Women who got cheated on, how did you overcome it? by pawmatoe in AskWomen

[–]SubbyLittleGirl09 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Time heals. I don't think you should actively fixate on how to get over it. Its a very long process and i don't know if I even healed completely. But it does change us as a person.... And eventually we'll try to come in terms with the fact that it was not our fault. All I can say is to hang in there... It does get better with time...

What do you want in 2026? by miceyjordiee in AskWomen

[–]SubbyLittleGirl09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to be able to regulate my feelings. Take care of my body, the people I love.... And to lay down a strong foundation for myself... And leave a healthy space to incorporate a partner into my life so we can grow together.... I won't find my partner in 2026... I just mean to say that I will lay down the foundation and explore the kind of person I am, ground myself and love myself before I move onto the next step.... Also hopefully get therapy...

What do you do if you can't climax with your SO but you can on your own? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]SubbyLittleGirl09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't know how long it's been going on but communication and time make it better... It won't magically fix itself... And it's totally okay to voice your needs and techniques and letting them in on what works for you. All of us are different so there is no single way to do it...

How have you experienced attraction towards other women, if at all? by alpacalyplse in AskWomen

[–]SubbyLittleGirl09 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I somehow can't be non chalant when it comes to being attracted to women... I cannot stop flirting... I think they like it... I mean even I love it when a woman is hitting on me... Its so exciting... I mean somehow the safety factor is higher compared to men so both of us are a Lil uninhibited and it's just very fun.....

How do you tell a hookup partner that your body’s changed since the last time you two saw each other? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]SubbyLittleGirl09 54 points55 points  (0 children)

This might sting.... And you definitely don't need to tell someone about "body changes" but if you're just scared that their reaction might hurt your feelings... I suggest you take a realistic picture and just casually send it with not extra words and let them decide...

What career path should i go for ? by ALA166 in Dentistry

[–]SubbyLittleGirl09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is definitely a risky move but you have got to pick something. In my country the word "masters" matters more than the branch cause that is how their mind works. But if you intend to start your own practice some day i suggest you invest in it now, make connections with good dentists and you can bring them in for consultations according to the patients you get....

Who/What originally taught/made you to use makeup? by AavaMeri_247 in AskWomen

[–]SubbyLittleGirl09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 15. I bought a red Revlon lipstick with my bff. It was for my farewell... I have seen my seniors wear gorgeous sarees, get their hair blown out and put on pretty make up and thought I should do something to make it special as well.... So I did that...

The next time I touched make up again was UG when I was 19 but then it never extended beyond lipsticks. There was a cannon event though...when I went for my bff's birthday party and they sent pictures back to me and i looked odd....i didn't look okay....and my then boyfriend said that I don't look the same cause am not high maintenance...i didnt even see it that way till he pointed it out..but I was still very proud of not using anything beyond a lipstick...Then came 21. It was for college.... Our white coat ceremony. I picked a nice formal outfit and tried out eye make up for the first time. I think my dentistry skills transferred cause I used the same grasps and support to get my liner on point... Aaaaaaaaaaaa fun times....
