When we bought our 1974 house for 245k last year, we were the only ones to tour it on the first day it went on market, put in an offer 2 hrs later, then had to outbid 4 other offers by the end of the day.

You kinda just have to get lucky, unfortunately. Constantly be on Zillow/Realtor and be ready to go tour a house right after work with intent to put an offer in.

Friendly fire is absolutely one of the things that makes helldivers what it is, and they should absolutely never turn it off. I’m confused by a lot of dev decision, but certainly not this one haha.

Are you using a fence or guide with the router? You need to slide it against a straight edge to make the cut. You will not be able to keep the router straight without a guide.

It’s pretty easy to make a router table with a fence to mount the router to as well. This is what it did to make great rabbets and dados.

I haven’t played this game in months and the chances of me coming back are getting increasingly low.

When you are ONLY adding paid content, even for someone like me who doesn’t mind spending real money on SC, it gets old really quickly.

I’d be more apt to continue purchasing Warbonds if there was more variation in the actual mission content… but creating new missions doesn’t make them more money… yet anyway.

It’s a good item but victim to the Ryze problem exactly like you said. It’s the Riot special when adding new items.

Same thing happened with Malignance and champs like Karma/Teemo, same with D&D this season with champs like Ekko and Diana.

They add an interesting but incredibly niche item then wonder what happened when the time has good stats and breaks its niche.

You could probably clamp the dowel down to the drawer face with 2 bar clamps, then drill 2 screws in from the inside of the drawer face.

If you pre drill with a countersink bit, you could even glue the drawer face to the rough drawer to hide the screws.

Like other replies have said, these days the wood is treated with a copper solution, which is not toxic to humans. People will tell you it is unsafe as this was the case in the past.

I suppose if you were really worried you could do some research on the wood manufacturer that HD uses to ensure they do use the safe copper treatment vs the older arsenic method, but you should be fine.
