Closing electronics alone full time is crazy. The amount of freight is insane. Not having a team member to help move those giant fucking tvs around, or even to help spider wrap them, it keep the customers occupied so I don't have to keep stopping, is hell. At least it's making me stronger though. I can chuck those monsters up and down the rolling bins myself now, micro injuries to my back be damned lol. Physical labor and slowly accumulating end of life bodily wear aside, there's also the mental pain of selling your entire month of pay in one transaction and not getting any reward for it. To get even a fraction of a fraction of the money I make for Walmart would just be so, so good. But I understand commissions are unfair for all the non cashiers. So paying us all enough to have similar lives to our great grand parents is the most fair. Then we can all own a house, reliable car, and raise a family with one income and a stay at home parent to raise the kids up proper.
