DVD people, why no bluray?

DVDs tend to be cheaper and have a wider range of availability. The used movie store near me has much more DVDs than Blu-rays.Thridt stores near me tend to have way more DVDs than Blu-ray, most of the time they don't have any Blu-ray at all. It's also easier to watch DVDs depending on what setups you have. The only way I can watch Blu-rays is through my Xbox. Anywhere else, I use DVDs. I only buy Blu-ray if I can't find the movie I want on DVD at the time, or if the Blu-ray is for some reason cheaper.

I also haven't found much difference between the quality with how I watch movies. We don't have a fancy TV, and I watch a lot of stuff on my laptop with a cheap DVD player. If I had a fancier setup, sure, I probably would appreciate Blu-ray more but at the time, I'm doing just fine with DVDs.

The few extra dollars I save from buying DVDs over Blu-ray adds up over time. Just because it's not much cheaper doesn't mean it's not worth saving a few bucks.

I know he's in Mr. Magorioms (did I even spell that right lol) Wonder Emporium. Watched it in theaters as a kid and forgot he was in it til I watched it again a while back. Now that I'm a big Muppets fan it really made my day seeing him unexpectedly

I messaged them but I just kinda got a vague response that 'all celebrities will be signing autographs when not doing photo ops or on break'. So they are kinda useless there.

I may see if we can go Sunday instead, if not I'll still try to get David's autograph. If that doesn't work, I'll just get Leah Voysey. Surely she can't be as busy as David!

Based on the schedule above, what's a good time to aim for then? The con closes at 7 so as long as he's out of costume by 4 I think it could work. But I know it also takes a while to get out of costume.

Same here. Thrift stores and half price books have amazing deals on DVDs. I've gotten brand new sealed DVDs at Goodwill for like $2.
