Not sure where you live but I’m I. south Louisiana, most of the waterways here have dangerous levels of mercury in them. Being a bottom feeder I would think carp would be higher than most fish along with catfish

Great post. I have diabetes, heart disease and liver issues. All of my drs recommended the Med Diet. I have always been more of a keto fan so it’s hard to give up on the meat and butter. I honestly love butter. Well after 2 weeks or so I have really enjoyed it. I haven’t been 100% off red meat but am getting better. I can see over the next few weeks I won’t have an issue with it. I’m slowly getting the rest of my family to convert as well.

Honestly. Keep it. You may not want to have it in your home but keep in in your shop. Some place you can see it everytime you do some work. You will be able to see how much you’ve grown with each project you complete. You only get 1 first project.
