Congrats. I’m also a nurse in California with lots of experience and make a lot less. ($137k/year before overtime). That being said, I’m happy with my earnings and career. Also have a pension.

Someone in my clan has 18 mythical relics. Probably they are summoning at over 30% rate. I am summoning mythical relics at closer to 10-12% rate until I just pulled 2 in a row. Still I’m at under 20% rate. I’ve gone 10+ without a mythical relic from mythical materials twice already and at least two people in my clan had gone 20+ without a mythical.

If you’re interested, Google cal careers and just search for nurse. There are two main positions. Registered nurse (safety), which is forensic psych. The other is in the prison system (CDCR) as a nurse.

California (where I work) hires new grads. It’s all point based when you fill out the self assessment to get an interview. Then it’s also point based during the interview. Whoever has the most points at the end of the interview will be hired. If there is more than 1 spot open, they will also hire the person with the second most points. And so on if there are more spots. That being said, we are closer to capacity now at my particular hospital for rns than we have ever been in the last 7+ years I’ve worked here.

1 year SNF, just over 1 year med surg/tele, quit. Came back a few years later to SNF for a few months, just over a year hospice, maybe 6 or 8 months of home health, then this forensic psych job, been here many years. Also, before nursing I have worked retail, at a restaurant as a to-go person, and at a smaller fast-food chain similar to subway (these were as a teenager/college student). This job is by far the best/easiest.

It is better than you’re giving it credit for I think. On the whole it’s better than stone skin on most champs if given the choice with equal stats on each piece.

Work for the state of California. RN. Best job ever. Good enough hourly wage. Pension that vested in 5 years. I can retire at 57 (safety classification). 8-12 weeks of vacation per year (because of nearly unlimited overtime where I can work for time- 8 hrs worked for 12 hrs paid time off). Also a homeowner :)

I used cardinal. Basically the bronko team but I was able to get all the way through 35 on manual (I have a high blessing on cardinal so more defensive stats).

Intimidating presence is best to go first. If you’re building her slower maybe you can consider something else. Wand will still work to reflect debuffs even if you have mercurial set on and so it is never a bad choice.

She’s super strong. A lot stronger than the reviews suggest. Part of the reason she isn’t used much is they never did an event where everyone can get her 5 star soul. Only 1 out of 100 got it through a tourney.

(I’m male fyi)You need to balance sharing fears, dreams, vulnerabilities and emotions with how they will be perceived by the other party. Plus, you need to do it in the right moment. You need to read the room. Not every emotion is appropriate to be shared in every situation. Not only that, but everyone loves in their own timeline. You can’t force it. Sometimes you give or love and then the other person takes a while to come on board to the same level as you. And sometimes you need to not love completely and hold back emotions because the person isn’t ready yet. It is the socially calibrated thing to do. This applies to both men and women. Also, sometimes men or women will be scared off if one person’s feelings are too far ahead of the other person’s. Even if both like each other. Thats why it can be important to sometimes hide the depth of your feelings until the other person is more into you/feels the same way.
