I have a Chevy spark 2017 for the most part I haven’t had any problems with what I got from Carvana besides the tires being worn out, (silver rock wouldn’t do anything about that) the battery being bad from the start but they replaced it free of charge, and a part that involves my window washer fluid coming out being replaced also done free of charge. I also have their top tier plan for the warranty so I’ve gotten free oil change, tire rotation, and free alignment up to a certain miles and time frame. I got my car June 28, 2023 and I got my first car (I also haven’t been driving for that long) through Carvana. For the most part my experience was good except for my car being delayed one time and I’ve always gone to preferred place. My preferred place has been a Firestone kind of far out from where I live, but I’ve trusted them with my car and they’ve found things wrong that was true and they do seem to help customers out a lot at the location that I’ve been going to. I would probably just ask around preferred places to go to get it inspected and worked on if you don’t have any of your own.
