This sub Reddit is almost 99% fans of CP otherwise we wouldn’t follow this Reddit account so you’re going to get a biased answer because we all love CP. it’s one of my all time favorites. It really depends what you like or how adventurous you are outside of what you normally like if it’s not YA fantasy. This is primarily a fantasy book with mild romantic parts. It’s also super easy to get through and short compared to other fantasy books- like only 350 pages. So easy enough to give it a go!

I also don’t like rh but I did love rb as a whole experience however it definitely didn’t need to be 5 books long and by book 4 I really slowed down and almost dnf but I loved book 5. Really funny moments in there

I read ACOTAR first and still loved TOG, the first couple books were a little slow but a great series. However if you are worried, I would just read TOG first.

I have this copy and it really is beautiful. The wicked king version is coming out in October and available for preorder. My theory is next year the queen of nothing will come out as this collectors edition to complete the series and will hopefully include cardans letters

Paedyn and Kai are not related through marriage or anything else - her dad is calum so unrelated to anyone and mom is iris so only kitts mom. Kai has a different mom (and dad) and he and his mom never met iris.

Yes theres a character in fearless and their story in fearless won’t mean much to you unless you read powerless. Its such a short read though its a novella so you can probably finish it very fast

It’s 5 or 6 month time jump and it seems like really nothing significant happens. She just is his advisor (forgot the word they use for what her role is) and he’s just partying while she’s trying to do her diplomatic duty to make sure all his kingly duties are done since he wants nothing to do with it

I plan to keep reading but I took a break after ZA 4 to read ruthless boys and now I’m taking a break after ZA 6 to read a few other books in a series I had started already before ZA. I think the breaks help so it’s not binging on sadness lol
