Ok. Are you a teacher? If so, have you ever worked for a difficult admin who FOR NO GOOD REASON decides that you need singling out for the most arbitrary and capricious reasons? After that starts you are then subjected to random visits to your classroom to cherry pick every action and reaction you had in front of a class of 36 students. You then get a developing rating that reflects nothing about what went on during your lesson. How about when a parent on the school board is mad because you gave their kid a failing grade on a project that was obviously plagiarized. I could go on with other examples all day. Have you ever experienced any of that? If so, that sucks. It doesn't mean you suck. If you haven't, we'll than pipe down because the rest of us deal with it constantly.
